Thankfully, we’ve created three different paths to meet you where you currently are in your opportunity zone journey.

The paths were created, so you could identify what was the most convenient way to participate in the Accelerator Program.

Path 1 Scholarship-  This path is unfortunately closed for the January 2023 Cohort, but will reopen for future cohorts.  This path is great if you are limited on capital and can wait some time to apply for the next round.

Path 2 Annual BASE Membership- This path gives you access to the OZworks Group BASE Membership for one year, in addition to the Accelerator.  There is no guaranteed introduction to investors, however.

Path 3 Accelerator Participant- If your biggest priority is to get in front of OZ Investors, then this may be the best path for you.  This is the only path that guarantees you introductions to our OZ Investors.

Also note, each path does give you the possibility of pitching your opportunity zone project to potential investors.  While not guaranteed, if you receive exemplary scores throughout the coursework, you may receive an invitation to pitch at the end of the program.
