Dear Community,
We recently hosted our third in-person event in Puerto Rico and it was the most successful to date! We organized this 4-day workshop with OZworks Group members Kathryn Morea (REIA Rico) and Deb Razo (Women’s Real Estate Network) and want to take a moment to thank them for their partnership, collaboration, and friendship 🙂
As you all know, we appreciate feedback in this community and have sent an initial survey to the 55 attendees who participated in our SOLD OUT event in Puerto Rico. The early results are in and the attendees who’ve responded are making a combined, minimum investment of over $4.3M because of what they learned and who they met during our time together. When you couple this financial commitment with reports from our inaugural event, our gatherings have spurred well over $17M in economic stimulus to Puerto Rico in the last 14 months. This is proof that “small” groups of people who build relationships and share a similar mission can make significant impact!
Our attendees also received a ton of value from our in-person event! One participant told us they received $50,000 worth of value simply by spending 4-days with the speakers and experts. It was also acknowledged that the content from this event saved another person at least $1M in taxes!
Thank you ALL for continually supporting the OZ industry and this incredible ecosystem that we are all part of! As we continue to evolve together and develop more solution-based products and services we will be sure to keep you informed.
You are all advocates and agents for making the promise of the OZ incentive a reality and this positive spirit will come to fruition as we continue to unite and support OZ communities, together!
