Meet the Moderator
Félix Barreras is a Senior Associate of Business Development at Lifeafar Capital. His entrepreneurial and boots-on-the-ground approach (yes, he lives in Puerto Rico) helps identify and structure opportunities that are both attractive to investors and seen as a value-add to the communities where properties are located. Félix is very familiar with the Opportunity Zone incentive and how it pertains to Real Estate in Puerto Rico.
